Cockatoo Island

Cockatoo Island is a UNESCO world-heritage-listed island in the middle of Sydney Harbour. The former convict precinct and shipyard is the Harbour’s largest island and serves as a popular tourist attraction.

Access onto Cockatoo Island on Saturday 20 October will be granted to ticket holders only, with the venue remaining closed to the public until 2.45pm.

Transport will be provided to Cockatoo Island for Driving Challenge public ticket holders from King Street Wharf 7 to Cockatoo Island at 08.35 and 10:00. Transport from Cockatoo Island to Greater Sydney will be on regular public city ferries.
